What the Posted Airport Fare Covers
We want the price and the reservation process to be understandable before you pay.
1. Flat-rate airport fares
The posted $100 Skagit Regional, $200 Bellingham, $200 Paine Field and $350 SeaTac prices are one-way standard passenger-vehicle fares for eligible pickups within the core Skagit service area shown on this website.
2. Availability and confirmation
Submitting payment through Stripe creates a paid reservation request, not an automatic guarantee that a driver and vehicle are available. The requested time is reviewed. If the trip cannot be accepted, the payment is refunded in full.
3. Custom routes and changes
Extra stops, significant waiting time, ferry-dependent or outlying pickup locations, unusual itineraries and destinations outside the posted airport routes can require a different fare. Use the Other Rides booking page for those trips.
4. Passenger and luggage capacity
Passengers are responsible for entering accurate passenger and trip information. Luggage must fit safely in the assigned vehicle. Stretch-limousine airport capacity may be lower than its event seating capacity when larger luggage is involved.
5. Return trips
Each direction is a separate scheduled trip. If you know your return date, arrange it in advance so availability can be reviewed for both legs.
6. Operating providers
Standard passenger-vehicle transportation is provided through Taxi Vehicle for Hire. Premium stretch-limousine transportation is provided through Whidbey Island Limo Service.
